: Salesforce Data Cloud Developer\n\nAbout this job : \n\n- The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) capabilities that support customer data unification, audience creation, and activation across commercial use cases.\n\n- The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Data Cloud, leading the design of Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), data harmonization, profile matching, and audience frameworks.\n\n- This role will partner closely with Data Engineering, Business Operations, Commercial Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure scalable and efficient audience management and activation processes.\n\n- The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency and business adoption.\n\nHow you'll make an impact : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs) within Salesforce Data Cloud to onboard and harmonize data from Databricks and other enterprise data platforms.\n\n- Define and implement Data Cloud data models, relationships, and mapping strategies aligned with business requirements.\n\n- Configure and optimize profile matching, unified customer profiles, calculated insights, and data harmonization processes.\n\n- Serve as a technical advisor to operations teams on audience design, segmentation strategies, and Data Cloud best practices.\n\n- Build and manage audience segments to support commercial, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.\n\n- Design and implement scalable audience activation frameworks leveraging Data Cloud activation capabilities.\n\n- Support data publishing and activation to downstream platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other approved third-party solutions.\n\n- Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and reusable design patterns.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.\n\n- Develop solution documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures to support platform adoption and sustainability.\n\nWhat makes you a great fit : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n\n- 5+ years of experience in customer data platforms, CRM technologies, marketing technologies, or data management.\n\n- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) experience.\n\n- Proven experience designing and implementing DLOs, DMOs, and Data Cloud data models.\n\n- Experience onboarding and integrating large-scale datasets from Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.\n\n- Strong understanding of profile matching, data harmonization, customer profile unification, and calculated insights.\n\n- Experience building audience segments and supporting audience activation use cases.\n\n- Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders across business and technology
