Delays, compliance risks, and unclear regulations can have a significant impact on businesses.\nCSG helps clients stay compliant, reduce risk, and keep their supply chains moving.\nYour Responsibilities\nIndependently manage and execute import and export customs clearances.\n\nPrepare, review, and process customs declarations and related documentation.\n\nSupport and advise customers on customs-related matters, ensuring a high level of customer service.\n\nLiaise with customers, customs authorities, transport providers, and internal departments.\n\nAnalyse and resolve complex customs cases, discrepancies, and operational issues.\n\nParticipate in customer projects, the implementation of new processes, and the optimisation of existing workflows.\n\nSupport customer onboarding and contribute to the further development of our customs services.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable customs legislation, regulations, and internal compliance requirements.\n\nYour Profile\nSeveral years of professional experience in customs clearance, ideally as a Customs Declarant.\n\nSound knowledge of Austrian and EU customs legislation and procedures.\n\nExperience in customer service and direct customer relationship management.\n\nExperience in project work and process improvement, ideally including customer implementation and operational process optimisation.\n\nA proactive, independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and a wide range of stakeholders.\n\nConfident user of IT systems and standard Microsoft Office applications.\n\nVery good German skills;
