You will also cooperate closely with suppliers, carriers, recipients and internal customs teams to ensure smooth and efficient cross-border operations.\nThis is a permanent, full-time position. The team operates Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00, with individual working hours arranged according to the operational schedule.\nMain Responsibilities\nPrepare and process customs declarations for import and export shipments to and from Norway\n\nHandle transit procedures and maintain accurate bonded warehouse records\n\nRegister, review and perform quality assurance checks on customs and trade documentation\n\nEnsure customs declarations comply with applicable import and export laws, regulations and procedures\n\nPerform goods classification and ensure accurate customs data is used in declarations\n\nProvide guidance regarding documentation requirements for border crossings\n\nCooperate with suppliers, carriers, recipients and internal customs teams to ensure efficient customs clearance\n\nIdentify and resolve issues related to customs documentation and clearance procedures\n\nMaintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and service quality\n\nWhat to related field, gained in the private or public sector\n\nKnowledge of current customs laws, regulations and procedures related to import and export\n\nPractical experience in customs declarations and goods classification\n\nUnderstanding of transit procedures and customs documentation\n\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and customs clearance software\n\nVery Good written and spoken English\n\nKnowledge of Norwegian or another Scandinavian language would be an advantage\n\nStrong attention to detail and a structured and precise approach to work\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively\n\nFlexible, proactive and solution-oriented approach\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\n\nHigh level of integrity,
