With a strong focus on operational excellence and high-quality service delivery, we are looking to strengthen our Operations team by hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Operations Specialist.\nPosition Summary\nAs a Trade Operations Specialist, you will support the daily delivery of trade operations services across client accounts. The role combines document review, data processing and operational follow-up to ensure activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.\nThis is a junior position suitable for someone who enjoys working with detailed information, structured processes and operational tasks. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop your knowledge across different client activities, processes and systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview documents and data to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency.\n\nProcess and maintain information in client systems and operational trackers.\n\nCompare information across different sources, identify discrepancies and follow up on missing or incorrect details.\n\nManage assigned requests, monitor progress and ensure activities are completed within agreed deadlines.\n\nCoordinate with colleagues, clients and external partners to resolve operational queries.\n\nMaintain clear and accurate records and support regular operational reporting.\n\nFollow established procedures and escalate exceptions or issues when required.\n\nIdentify and suggest practical improvements to existing operational processes.\n\nSupport additional operational activities across client accounts as business priorities evolve.\n\nQualifications and Experience\nStrong attention to detail and a reliable approach to handling documents and data.\n\nComfortable working with recurring, process-oriented tasks that require consistent accuracy.\n\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage daily priorities and deadlines effectively.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in learning new systems and tools.\n\nClear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work independently after training and recognise when additional guidance or support is required.\n\nGood written and spoken English is required.\n\nPrevious experience in operations or data processing, ideally within customs, trade or logistics, would be an advantage but is not required.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP or similar business systems would be an advantage.\n\nKnowledge of German, French or another additional language would be an advantage.\n\nWhat We
