The successful candidate will provide legal advice across a broad range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to support the business in a compliant and risk-aware manner.\nMain Responsibilities\nProvide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business matters\n\nDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and framework agreements\n\nSupport compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including corporate, commercial, and data protection requirements\n\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate legal risks while proposing practical and commercially focused solutions\n\nSupport corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and legal entity management\n\nAssist with company secretarial and corporate housekeeping matters across various jurisdictions\n\nCooperate with external legal advisors and manage relationships with external counsel when required\n\nMonitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise on potential impacts\n\nSupport internal projects, transformations, acquisitions, integrations, and other cross-functional initiatives from a legal perspective\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, and knowledge-sharing practices\n\nWhat to Expect\nOffice-based or hybrid working arrangement in the Netherlands\n\nFixed-term contract for approximately 4-5 months, running until the end of the year\n\nPossibility of contract renewal depending on business needs\n\nExposure to a broad range of international commercial and corporate legal matters\n\nOpportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders in a fast-growing organization\n\nDynamic and fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and deadlines can be demanding\n\nSupportive and collaborative legal team\n\nRequirements\nLaw degree required;
