In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customs-related information into internal and external systems, supporting customs declaration processes and ensuring data integrity.\nYou will work closely with customs declarants, operational teams, and other internal stakeholders to help ensure that customs documentation is processed efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements.\nMain Responsibilities\nAccurately enter customs declaration data into internal and external customs systems\n\nVerify information received from customers and internal stakeholders for completeness and accuracy\n\nProcess customs documentation in accordance with established procedures and deadlines\n\nMaintain and update records relating to customs declarations and shipments\n\nReview documentation and identify missing or inconsistent information\n\nLiaise with customs declarants and operational teams to resolve data discrepancies\n\nEnsure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements\n\nSupport the preparation and organization of customs-related documentation\n\nMonitor workflows and escalate issues that could impact service delivery\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities\n\nWhat to Expect\nOffice-based role\n\nShift-based work schedule, including morning, afternoon, and/or night shifts depending on operational requirements\n\nFull-time position in a dynamic international environment\n\nStructured onboarding and training provided\n\nOpportunity to work with experienced customs and logistics professionals\n\nFast-paced operational setting with daily deadlines and performance targets\n\nSupportive team culture focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing\n\nRequirements\nSecondary education or higher;
