with customs and tax regulations\n\nExecution of all formal customs procedures for exports in accordance with legal requirements\n\nPort registrations for Hamburg ZAPP (HDS, GM01, ASUMA-WKS)\n\nPort registrations for western ports (PORTBASE, BHT, WHT, APCS)\n\nPreparation of preferential trade documents (T2L/F, ATR, EUR.1, and similar documents)\n\nCustomer Management\nResponding to customer inquiries regarding customs-related matters\n\nEnsuring a service-oriented and customer-focused approach when dealing with internal and external customers\n\nStakeholder Management\nCooperation with customs authorities, including the submission of customs-related documentation\n\nCoordination with other operational departments regarding import and export processes\n\nIndependent collaboration with authorities and internal departments in the event of customs-related irregularities\n\nCommunication Responsibilities\nClear and accurate coordination with customs authorities and internal departments\n\nDocumentation of all relevant customs clearance activities and transactions\n\nCommunication in German and English within international supply chains\n\nCompetencies\nProfessional expertise to independently prepare and review customs declarations\n\nDecision-making authority in handling and resolving irregularities in customs procedures\n\nResponsibility for the accurate determination and documentation of customs duties and import levies\n\nApplication of in-depth knowledge of customs law and related procedures\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize workload effectively\n\nConfident interaction with customers, authorities, and internal
