We’re looking for a candidate with a strong background in Finance, Consulting or Business Intelligence who can support complex financial projects, with a focus on international collaboration and cross-cultural communication.\nAs a FP&A Analyst, you will be located in Mauritius and be part of the Group Finance team. You will report to the FP&A Manager located at our head office in Rotterdam and work closely with different stakeholders across various countries to drive business performance. \nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Planning & Forecasting\nSupport the annual budgeting and monthly forecast process\n\nDevelop long-term financial models to support strategic decision-making \n\nConduct scenario analyses and risk assessments to anticipate financial impacts\n\nPerformance Analysis & Business Insights\nAnalyse financial reports, cost structures, and key business drivers \n\nProvide data-driven insights to support commercial strategies \n\nMonitor key financial KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement \n\nPerform variance analysis (actual vs. budget) with actionable recommendations\n\nOperational Efficiency & Cost Optimization\nDrive margin improvement initiatives by enhancing productivity and optimizing services\n\nParticipate in cost reduction and EBITDA improvement projects\n\nProcurement\nIdentify and follow up on cost optimization opportunities \n\nSupport in data gathering, analysis and re-negotiation / tender processes\n\nRequirements\nAt least 3-6+ years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company or consultancy\n\nA master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field\n\nFluent in English, written and spoken\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nHighly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\n\nResults-driven and problem solving mindset\n\nProficiency in financial software, business intelligence tools and ERP systems\n\nExperience with Power BI or planning software
