You'll be part of a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and helping customers succeed.\nThis role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle or Melbourne. We're looking for someone to join us full-time and are open to working with the right candidate to agree on a schedule that supports both our team and client needs.\nWhat you'll do\nDeliver outstanding customer support by responding to enquiries and providing guidance on product functionality, usage and troubleshooting. \nAnalyse and investigate issues, working with internal teams to identify and implement effective solutions.\nEscalate complex issues when required and keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.\nBuild strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.\nCollaborate with product development and internal teams to share customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. \nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, support requests and resolutions. \nDevelop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends and product enhancements. \nSupport customer education through training, resources and best-practice advice. \nWhat you'll bring\nA passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. \nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and resolve system and process-related issues. \nExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way. \nInitiative to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. \nA desire to learn, innovate and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes. \nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail.\nExperience working with an ERP product, with exposure to Ostendo highly regarded.\nReady to join us?
