records and ensure timely data entry, updates, and reconciliation of transactions within SAP\nCoordinate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other departments to support order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory activities\nPrepare and maintain shipping documentation, operational reports, and inventory records\nMonitor order and shipment statuses, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues\nEnsure compliance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and internal controls\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational workflows, data accuracy, and process efficiency\nOther duties as needed or required.\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements & Qualifications: \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred\n1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory control, order processing, or a related function\nHands-on SAP experience required, with proficiency in processing daily transactions, maintaining records, and navigating ERP workflows\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities\nEffective communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills\nAbility to work independently, follow established procedures, and adapt to changing operational needs.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in a manufacturing, medical device, or regulated industry\nFamiliarity with SAP inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse-related transactions\nKnowledge of inventory control practices, shipping documentation, and operational reporting\nExperience supporting process improvements and maintaining compliance with SOPs and quality
