The DFC will mirror our spectacular Seattle Fulfillment Center. Employees are the backbone of Cutter & Buck and we need a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Technical Specialist to join our team in opening and maintaining the DFC AND the SFC. These new positions will join current local IT members to assist the organization in non-global systems.\nJob Vision:\nThe position’s primary responsibility is to support and manage Cutter & Buck’s systems that interface with the organization's global Infor cloudsuite system (Infor’s M3 and WMS) at Cutter & Buck Fulfillment Centers located in 1 of the following metro centers:\nSeattle, WA\nDallas, TX\nThese systems include, but are not limited to\nAn inventory control and goods-to-person picking robotic system, aka Kardex (or similar)\nOrder flow control hardware and software, aka Putwall/Intellisort (or similar)\nConveyor systems to help route packages from the Autostore to trailers \nCustom customer label design management for Value Added Services, aka Interform in a tier 1 capacity for local needs only. \nDecoration system support via Wilcom (or similar)\nDecoration machine support via Barunden/Tajima/Pulse (or similar)\nThis role will work with both office and warehouse staff, troubleshoot system errors, support user maintenance requests, and ensure the WMS and its accompanying systems are functioning as needed. The role serves as tier 1 support for each of the above. The role is an ambassador between end users & tier 2 central New Wave Group IT at the operational level via the local or continental WMS Tech as appropriate.\nThis position is required to be on-site, especially during peak season - fourth quarter annually.\nJob Summary and Essential Functions:\nSupport the warehouse management system including:\nPerform extensive testing for updates to AutoStore, Kardex, SVT and Putwall.\nPerform occasional testing for upgrades to Wilcom, Barunden, Tajima or Pulse. \nTroubleshoot problems with AutoStore, Kardex, SVT and Putwall. This includes working directly with the vendors for any Production or Software Update issues.\nTroubleshoot problems with Wilcom, Barunden, Tajima or Pulse. This includes working directly with the vendors for any Production or Software Update issues.\nUnderstand and analyze business processes and work with users on how to best utilize the systems.\nTroubleshoot system issues, interface with vendor support to resolve issues.\nManage the interfaces between the warehouse management system and other systems that connect to the WMS.\nWorking in the WMS is crucial to be able to support the systems that interface with the WMS. This requires an understanding of the WMS, Embroidery Development System and Interform. Will also occasionally provide end user support of the WMS. \nSystem configuration.\nMaster data maintenance.\nCreate new queries and reports as required by the business.\nAssist the embroidery dev team with the Embroidery Development System, including testing and end user support.\nAssist the VAS team with converting VAS Labels and Tags from Bartender to use Interform. Interform is the new print solution for Infor.\nAssist the VAS team with new VAS Tag and Label requests.\nAssist the BA team with development of new Forms or Labels in Interform used by the WMS.\nAssist with testing as needed for the Infor WMS and M3 ERP projects.\nProvides backup to the WMS techs as needed.\nAlong with NWGNA IT Helpdesk team, provide secondary general IT user support at the facility as needed.\nKnowledge, Skills, Experiences and Abilities:\nExperience supporting a warehouse management system for a large Fulfillment Center. Recent experience with Infor WMS preferred for quickly transitioning to the new system.\nExperience as a business analyst working with directly with users on process matters and deriving and deploying solutions.\nExperience with AutoStore ASRS, SVT and Kardex software that runs the AutoStore ASRS.\nExperience with Label Design programs like Interform and Bartender.\nExperience interfacing directly with software vendors to efficiently resolve issues.\nExperience with SQL preferred.\nExperience with WMS system implementations preferred.\nAble to effectively balance project work with daily maintenance and user support.\nOrganized and process oriented.
