Working closely with hiring managers, you'll attract, engage and hire top talent through a proactive, data-driven approach, helping to shape our workforce while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTake full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across the CV-Library Group, advising hiring managers on requirements, salary expectations, timelines and the current candidate market\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and agree recruitment strategies, particularly for hard to fill and specialist roles using data and market insight to identify trends, improve hiring activity and support better recruitment decisions\nSource, screen and assess candidates across a variety of business functions\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment requirements\nProactively source candidates using CV-Library, LinkedIn, employee referrals, talent pools, networking and other direct sourcing methods to attract high-quality talent\nCoordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communications, maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting and ATS records\nManage offer processes, negotiations and onboarding handovers and day-1 inductions\nProvide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey\nIdentify candidates who have the right skills, experience and alignment with CV-Library's values\nManage relationships with recruitment agencies and external suppliers\nSupport employer brand and talent attraction activity to help increase awareness of the CV-Library Group as an employer, including promotion and administration of the employee referral programme\nMonitor and report upon recruitment activity and key metrics, including time to hire, source of hire, offer acceptance and agency spend\nWork closely with HR and hiring managers to support workforce planning and upcoming recruitment requirements\nEnsure all recruitment practices are fair, compliant and meet company policies and employment legislation\nSkills & Experience:\nPrevious recruitment experience gained within an internal acquisition team or recruitment agency environment\nProven experience managing multiple vacancies and delivering successful hires across a range of disciplines and seniority levels\nStrong candidate sourcing skills, including the use of job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals and networking techniques\nExperience partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recruitment advice\nExperience recruiting for hard-to-fill or specialist roles using proactive sourcing and headhunting techniques\nGood understanding of the recruitment market, including salary expectations, candidate availability and sourcing trends\nExperience using recruitment data and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement\nExperience conducting candidate screenings and assessing suitability against role requirements\nAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders\nExcellent communication, organisation and time
