You’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Do\n Support day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, and GL \n Assist with month-end close and reconciliations \n Manage invoicing, cash receipts, and vendor payments \n Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances \n Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nDetail-oriented and organized \nProactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment \nStrong sense of ownership and accountability \nAbility to adapt as priorities evolve\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess and review invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and coding to the correct general ledger accounts.\nEnsure timely payment of vendor invoices and expense reimbursements.\nReconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.\nAssist with month-end closing activities\nMonitor aging reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.\nPerform credit card expense reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies\nPrepare and issue service invoices, milestone/progress billings, and deposit invoices in accordance with contractual terms.\nManage daily Cash Receipts, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time.\nMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices.\nPerform routine bank statement reconciliations.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles AR & AP best practices.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with ERP systems.\nKnowledge of 3-way matching and PO-based invoicing.\nFamiliarity with international payments and
