That trust is what you will build on.\nAbout the role\nWe need someone who already knows the North American security channel to turn that trust into growth in the US and Canada.\nYou will not start from zero. You will take over a healthy book of existing accounts in the region, grow it, and add new integrators, distributors and end users to it. You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer.\nIn your first months you will get to know our accounts, our partners and our products. Then you will build the pipeline and the channel that carry the region's revenue, and you will tell us what the market wants next.\nIf you have spent the last several years selling surveillance, access control or integration services, and the integrators, consultants and distributors you know pick up when you call, keep reading.\nWhat you will do\nTake over our existing accounts in the US and Canada, and grow the revenue each of them brings.\nBuild and close a pipeline of integrators, distributors and enterprise end users across security, retail, transportation and critical infrastructure.\nRecruit channel partners and equip them to sell CVEDIA when you are not in the room.\nOwn the revenue target for the region, and hit it.\nTell our product and engineering teams what the market is saying, including the parts we do not want to hear.\nYou may be a good fit if\nYou live in the US or Canada.\nYou have at least three years of experience in physical security, such as video surveillance, access control, perimeter protection or systems integration.\nYou have hit B2B revenue targets, and you can show us the deals you closed yourself.\nIt would be great if you\nHave a network in the North American integrator and consultant community.\nKnow the video management and camera ecosystems that integrators work with, such as Milestone, Genetec and Axis.\nCan explain video analytics both to a business buyer and to the engineer who has to deploy it.\nHave run long deals with many stakeholders, from the first call to the signed contract.\nHave worked in a company that changed direction when its market did, and helped it adjust.\nYou do not need to tick every box. Your pay grows with the revenue you bring in.\nWhere and how you work\nWe are fully remote and have no offices. We meet in person once a year at a company meetup, usually in Europe.\nYou need some overlap with European afternoons, which are US mornings, for our team meetings.\nYou will travel to about two trade shows a year, and sometimes to meet our larger customers and partners.\nPay is a base salary plus commission, and depends on your experience.
