The current portfolio includes 25 software projects, 13 active FFS customers, 17 active websites/apps, and approximately 625,000 public users.\nResponsibilities\nOwn delivery across the Web Apps portfolio for O&M, enhancements, and modernization \nManage scope, schedule, cost, backlog, work authorization, and resource utilization across multiple customers \nLead release planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination \nCoordinate TRB/CAB, ARB governance, and EPLC artifact production \nSupport ATO/security patching, configuration management, cloud migration, DR/backup, and analytics/dashboard reporting \nOversee DevSecOps/CI-CD delivery and Section 508 compliance \nQualifications\nMust be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance\nBS/BA + 8 years of relevant experience; OR MS/MA/MBA + 5 years; OR 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree \n10+ years of IT project/program management experience \n3+ years managing comparable-scope federal application efforts \nFederal EPLC/Agile delivery experience \nWorking knowledge of .NET, Drupal, AngularJS, ReactJS, Node.js, Vue.js, Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics, and SharePoint Online \nFamiliarity with UX/usability, Section 508, and FFS work-authorization/resource utilization management across multiple customers \nDesired Skills\nFISMA Moderate/RMF/ATO/JCAM and Public Trust Moderate (Tier 2) eligibility \nOn-site availability when directed \nSalary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)\nThis position is contingent upon program award.
