The NIH Director and Deputy Director by routing executive documents for assignment, review, clearance, and signature, and managing approximately 63,231 documents annually for about 350 users.\nResponsibilities\nOwn all application-level delivery across NIH O&M, enhancements, and modernization \nManage scope, schedule, cost, backlog, release planning, and stakeholder coordination \nProduce and manage EPLC artifacts; coordinate change and security processes \nSupport records retention, NARA compliance, and FOIA-related coordination \nMonitor SLA performance and coordinate Tier II/III support activities \nEngage TRB/CAB and ARB governance processes \nQualifications\nMust be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance\nBS/BA + 8 years of relevant experience; OR MS/MA/MBA + 5 years; OR 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree \n10+ years of IT project/program management experience \n3+ years managing comparable-scope federal application efforts \nFederal EPLC/Agile delivery experience \nWorking knowledge of executive correspondence workflow, records classification/retention, NARA electronic-record requirements, and DoD 5015-compliant records management \nExperience with access control, digital/electronic signatures, search/retrieval/reporting, and multi-office content segregation \nAbility to rapidly baseline incumbent architecture at transition \nDesired Skills\nFISMA Moderate/RMF/ATO/JCAM and Public Trust Moderate (Tier 2) eligibility \nOn-site availability when directed \nSalary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)\nThis position is contingent upon program award.
