The platform handled approximately 44 million API hits in FY25 and serves 216 users.\nResponsibilities\nOwn O&M, enhancements, and modernization delivery for the NIH ESB/API platform \nManage scope, schedule, cost, backlog, and release planning \nCoordinate dependency management and change/security processes through TRB/CAB and ARB \nOversee SLA performance, high-volume API service management, and Tier II/III support \nLead EPLC artifact production and stakeholder coordination \nSupport FedRAMP Moderate operations and DevSecOps/CI-CD delivery \nQualifications\nMust be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance\nBS/BA + 8 years of relevant experience; OR MS/MA/MBA + 5 years; OR 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree \n10+ years of IT project/program management experience \n3+ years managing comparable-scope federal application efforts \nFederal EPLC/Agile delivery experience \nWorking knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform/CloudHub, ESB/SOA and API-led connectivity, System/Process/Experience API lifecycle, and Oracle/MS SQL Server backends \nFamiliarity with FedRAMP Moderate operations, FIPS 140-2, NIST 800-53, and TLS 1.2 requirements \nDesired Skills\nFISMA Moderate/RMF/ATO/JCAM and Public Trust Moderate (Tier 2) eligibility \nOn-site availability when directed \nSalary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)\nThis position is contingent upon program award.
