This role demands deep multi-platform web architecture expertise and the ability to drive standardization and reuse across a diverse portfolio.\nResponsibilities\nProvide technical authority for software architecture, identity lifecycle design, and data/integration patterns \nLead security/ATO alignment, cloud/modernization strategy, and root-cause resolution\nDesign reusable architecture patterns and enforce standards across a multi-customer environment \nGovern Section 508/accessibility-by-design, DR/backup, and analytics architecture \nProduce ARB artifacts and technical standards; mentor the engineering team \nConduct rapid architecture assessments for newly onboarded applications\nQualifications\nMust be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance\nBS/BA + 10 years of relevant experience; OR MS + 5 years of relevant experience \n10+ years of technical leadership experience \n8+ years of enterprise system development/integration experience \n3+ years on comparable scope/complexity efforts \nCloud/DevSecOps modernization experience \nDeep multi-platform web architecture expertise across .NET, Drupal, AngularJS/ReactJS/Node.js/Vue.js, Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics, and SharePoint Online \nExperience with WCMS integration, Section 508/accessibility-by-design, cloud migration, and security patching/configuration management \nDemonstrated ability to standardize and drive reusable architecture across a multi-customer portfolio \nDesired Skills\nNIH EPLC architecture/design artifacts knowledge \nFISMA Moderate/RMF/ATO/JCAM and Public Trust Moderate (Tier 2) eligibility \nDevSecOps/CI-CD, automated testing, and code quality proficiency \nCloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP); containers/IaC as appropriate \nGovernment-approved AI-assisted code/test workflow experience \nOn-site availability when directed \nSalary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)\nThis position is contingent upon program award.
