Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary\nThe Financial Reporting Analyst Coordinator supports accounts receivable and financial reporting functions through cash application, payment research, invoice processing, and monthly billing activities. This role ensures accurate payment posting, researches payment and rate discrepancies, reviews payment details from clients and collectors, accesses banking information, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in cash posting, payment application, or accounts receivable.\n2+ years of experience with invoicing, payment research, and reconciliation processes.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and particularly Excelincluding experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.\nCandidates must reside in Ohio and be able to travel to the corporate office in Columbus, Ohio, once per month.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCandidates located in or near the Columbus, Ohio area is strongly preferred.\nKnowledge of Great Plains accounting software.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nEducation\nAssociate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
