This role drives safety, service, productivity, quality, and colleague engagement while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. The supervisor leads frontline colleagues, monitors operational performance, addresses issues in real time, and partners across departments to support smooth and efficient distribution center operations.\n** Availability to work 1st shift, on-site Monday-Friday from 5am-2pm with some additional flexibility is required to support business needs***\nKey Responsibilities\nLead daily operations for an assigned area within the distribution center, such as receiving, shipping, replenishment, production, or related workflows\nSupervise, coach, and develop frontline colleagues to achieve productivity, quality, and safety expectations\nSet clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and adherence to standard work\nMonitor daily volume, workflow, labor allocation, and operational performance to meet service requirements\nUse operational data and reporting to identify gaps, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions\nPartner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve process issues and improve execution\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures\nSupport a culture of engagement, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement\nConduct regular observations, provide timely feedback, and document performance conversations as needed\nAssist with staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and shift communication\nRespond quickly to operational disruptions and adjust priorities to maintain workflow and service levels\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 2 years of experience working in a distribution, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume operations environment.\nMinimum 3 years of leadership experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment\nAbility to interpret performance metrics and use data to drive decisions and accountability\nStrong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills\nWorking knowledge of safety practices and operational process discipline\nAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, based on business needs\nProficiency with basic computer systems and operational reporting tools such as Warehouse Management System and MS Office\nExperience with warehouse management systems and labor planning\nExperience leading in receiving, inventory control, or high-volume throughput environments\nBilingual communication skills.\nAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business, or related field\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
