Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary\nCollaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.\nGather and analyze client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.\nAssists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.\nWorks with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.\nAddresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.\nFacilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.\nDelivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.\n1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.\nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.\n Preferred Qualifications\nProject management experience in the health insurance industry.\nStrong problem solving and decision-making skills.\nExcellent collaboration, listening, and teamwork skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication.\nHighly skilled at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to build and maintain professional relationships.\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. \nOur people fuel our future.
