Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and facilitate machine learning and Generative AI solutions across large-scale systems and campaigns, ensuring deployment and updates in collaboration with data engineering.\nDevelop and participate in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective stakeholders on analytics results and solutions.\nCollaborate with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience in building end-to-end machine learning models and data-intensive systems in production (2 or more years or PhD with a tech internship as MLE/Software Developer).\nStrong background in Data Science with a focus on software development best practices (2 or more years or PhD with a tech internship as MLE/Software Developer).\nProficiency in Python, SQL, and MLOps (3 or more years or PhD with a tech internship as MLE/Software Developer).\nExperience in cloud environments (3 or more years as MLE/Software Developer).\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated ability to design and build distributed data-intensive products; front-end development and coding in React is a plus.\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (2 or more years) is a major plus.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI and agentic design is a plus.\nProficiency in mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in certain areas.\nExperience in Ad-tech is a plus.\nEducation\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 2 or more years of progressively complex related experience (or PhD with a tech internship as MLE/Software Developer).\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$86,520.00 - $173,040.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
