As a Compensation Manager, you will serve as a guide to our team and consult the business on all compensation matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop, implement, and administer compensation such as salaries, short and long-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys. You may provide services across specialized areas of compensation, including Provider Compensation and role-based incentive programs. You will design compensation structures that reflect industry standards and competitive market practices in order to accrue and retain talent. As a dynamic compensation professional, you will also conduct routine market research and analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark the organization's compensation programs against others.\nYour success as a Compensation Manager will help to build and maintain knowledge of our pay practices and help to create training materials that will be used across the organization to help train managers, recruiters and HR business partners on the Company pay philosophy.\nEssential Duties:\nManages the design of compensation structures and programs that reflect industry standards and competitive market practices in order to attract and retain talent.\nConfers changes in regulatory requirements related to billing, reimbursement, regulatory rates and compliance in order to inform compensation structures.\nDevelops complex compensation models and analysis to plan for providers, taking into account factors such as productivity, quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and specialty-specific considerations.\nBenchmarks compensation data to ensure fair pay across different job roles and demographic groups, addressing any disparities that may exist in order to ensure fairness and mitigate legal or reputational risks.\nHelps establish and implement policies and programs that address shift differentials, overtime pay, and other compensation considerations specific to the organization's scheduling and work patterns.\nConducts routine market research and analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark the organization's compensation programs against others.\nHelps establish and implement alignment of compensation and benefits strategies and communicating total rewards packages effectively to leaders and HRBPs.\nStrong ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling, translating complex compensation analyses into clear, compelling recommendations that drive informed business decisions.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of compensation experience OR a combination of experience in human resources/finance\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting provider and clinician compensation, including role-based incentive programs.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nAbility to translate data into compelling business insights and actionable recommendations\nAbility to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply to business needs\nAbility to identify, analyze, and resolve business issues through solution-oriented projects.\nAdvanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides)\nDemonstrated customer service acumen\nAbility to perform in a high-pressure environment and/or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems\nProven ability to prioritize and multi-task\nDemonstrated ability to achieve results through team efforts\nWillingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions\nAbility to develop, read, analyze, and interpret complex documents or spreadsheets\nAdept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills\nAttention to detail\nAny combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position\nWorkday experience a plus\nEducation\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; Associate degree and 2 years experience or HS/Equivalent and 4 years experience\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
