This role is responsible for helping define product direction, gathering and translating customer and stakeholder requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product management capabilities with data and analytics expertise to drive informed decision-making, identify market opportunities, and ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives. You will play a critical role throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and strategy development through execution and continuous improvement.\nThis position requires a collaborative leader who can effectively navigate a complex, matrixed environment while balancing customer expectations, operational requirements, and product priorities. You will have no direct reports and will report to the Executive Director, Business Analytics.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap Management\nContribute to the development and execution of product strategy for digital products and services.\nEnsure efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of product initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.\nSupport the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, providing visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.\nAssess product iterations, release schedules, and roadmap priorities to maintain speed-to-market and product differentiation.\nRecommend enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, business needs, and data-driven insights.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement\nEngage with customers, business stakeholders, and internal partners to gather and understand business requirements and product needs.\nAnalyze and translate customer feedback, operational requirements, timelines, and dependencies into actionable product recommendations.\nPartner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, goals, and expected outcomes.\nServe as a key liaison between business teams and technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle.\nData & Analytics-Driven Decision Making\nConduct complex qualitative and quantitative analyses to guide product feature development and prioritization.\nLeverage data, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.\nTransform complex findings into clear recommendations and actionable business insights.\nMonitor product performance and utilize analytics to influence future product strategies and improvements.\nCross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration\nDrive collaboration across Product, Technology, Analytics, Operations, and Business teams to ensure successful product execution.\nFoster ongoing communication across functional areas, establishing strong relationships at all levels of the organization.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities and dependencies to support timely product delivery.\nInfluence decision-making and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment.\nProduct Development & Innovation\nCollaborate with technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of product requirements.\nDevelop product concepts and enhancements that complement existing technologies and offerings.\nEnsure product development activities align with organizational regulatory, safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards.\nEvaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and industry developments to inform future product capabilities.\nHelp identify opportunities to incorporate AI, advanced analytics, and data science capabilities into product offerings.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n5-7 years of experience supporting the delivery of complex data and analytics products.\nExperience working within large, matrixed organizations.\nProven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.\nExperience leveraging data and analytics to support product strategy and decision-making.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using pharmaceutical industry data products such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, or similar platforms to generate insights and recommendations.\nMBA or management consulting experience with exposure to healthcare or pharmaceutical analytics strategy.\nExperience developing strategic analyses, business cases, and executive-level presentations.\nAbility to recommend strategy, operational improvements, and new product or service offerings.\nExperience conducting market research and competitive assessments.\nFamiliarity with emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Data Science capabilities.\nExperience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nAbility to simplify and communicate complex concepts to various audiences.\nDemonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across functional teams.\nStrong analytical capabilities with experience generating insights from complex data sets.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nWhy Join Us\nThis role offers the opportunity to help shape innovative digital products and analytics-driven solutions that deliver meaningful value to customers and stakeholders. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
