This role is responsible for driving operational rigor, portfolio visibility, and disciplined delivery across complex, cross-functional marketing and enterprise initiatives. Teams of individuals are responsible for leading and driving the management of end-to-end workflow.\nKey Responsibilities\nManagement of multiple programs comprised of related initiatives and workstreams within their business unit.\nDevelop and maintain integrated marketing plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies leveraging tech and tools for efficiencies and future reporting.\nProvide end-to-end visibility into program status, risks, issues, and interdependencies for leadership.\nApply PMO standards, frameworks, and governance practices to ensure consistent and disciplined execution.\nSupport intake, prioritization, and capacity planning processes in partnership with leadership and functional teams.\nAbility to define scope of work and projected hours to inform resource planning and capacity for our in-house agency, Heart Haus.\nDrives cross functional collaboration across key stakeholders to drive outcomes, clarity and alignment.\nProactively identify risks and mitigation strategies; escalate issues with clear options and recommendations, and solution-oriented approaches\nPartner with Program Management peers to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and handoffs.\nLeverage program and portfolio management tools to drive transparency and accountability.\nCapture learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in program management, PMO, project management, or operational roles within a complex organization.\nDemonstrated experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.\nExperience supporting enterprise marketing, creative, digital or business strategy organizations.\nProficient in workflow tools and technology; Workfront\nStrong understanding of PMO principles, governance models, and portfolio management practices.\nProven ability to influence and drive alignment in highly matrixed environments.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.\nFamiliarity with Workfront or similar program and portfolio management platforms.\nPMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. \nOur people fuel our future.
