Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary:\nSet up projects in proposal software (Loopio) including basic information and the questionnaire document(s) within 24 of receiving the request from the proposal director\nApply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writer\nCommunicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps.\nProvide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.\nComplete final proposal edits in proposal software.\nDevelop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.\nCommunicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.\nRequired Qualifications:\n1-3 years of experience serving as a liaison between business partners and operational teams, effectively communicating requirements, managing intake requests, and driving alignment to support client deliverables.\n Preferred Qualifications:\nHealthcare experience or knowledge is an asset.\nRFP project management experience.\nMust enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.\nMust be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.\n Education\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years relevant experience)\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$18.50 - $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
