Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary\nThe Salesforce Developer reports to the Director of Growth and is responsible for designing and building solutions that optimize team workflows and drive operational efficiency across the organization. The Salesforce Developer works collaboratively with engineering team members and serves as a core technical resource for custom Salesforce development, API integrations, and platform best practices.\nThe key responsibilities for this role are as follows:\nDesign, develop, document, build, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.\nMaintain and enhance third-party integrations connected to Salesforce (e.g., CTI, web portals, marketing automation tools) using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.\nCoordinate and execute release and deployment processes using established DevOps standards, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD tools.\nCollaborate with cross-functional technical teams (IT, BI, Business Systems Analysts) to align on project objectives, streamline requirements, and drive system improvements.\nParticipate in design and code reviews to ensure development quality, bulkification, and platform governance standards are maintained.\nSupport day-to-day platform operations, serving as a primary point of support for bug detection, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for codebase architecture, API integrations, and deployment procedures.\nOther duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer designing, developing, and deploying custom programmatic solutions.\nProficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Flow automation.\nExperience designing, building, and troubleshooting custom REST/SOAP API integrations.\nHands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, version control (Git), and deployment pipeline automation.\nSolid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD), and data structures.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\nUndergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.\nUS work authorization.\nSome travel required (10%). Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required).\nSalesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Preferred).\nHealthcare industry experience preferred (Medicare, payer, member enrollment, or clinical operational workflows).\nUnderstanding of healthcare data security, PHI/PII handling, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA) preferred.
