Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary\nLeverages cutting-edge AI techniques to develop agents or tools for automation and augmentation use cases in operations\nExecutes AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, organizational priorities, and business objectives\nAnalyzes requirements, assesses feasibility, and proposes AI solutions, conversational experiences, prompts, and platform capabilities in order to address new initiative challenges effectively.\nCollaborates with AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to develop and implement AI solutions\nDetermines analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes\nPerforms analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilizing statistical techniques and mathematical analyses\nCollaborates with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics\nDevelops and participates in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on results and solutions\nInteracts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization\nUse strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various forms\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of relevant AI and/or analytics experience\n3+ years’ experience programming in Python\n3+ years’ experience programming in SQL\n3+ years’ experience working with Cloud technology\nExperience developing AI/ML-driven products or decision-support tools, familiarity with agentic architecture and deployment\nExperience developing, implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions\n Preferred Qualifications\nDemonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners\nAnticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur\nStrong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources\nExperience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt design, and AI orchestration preferred\nExperience with cloud-based technology platforms and AI solution deployments preferred\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.\nMaster’s degree or PhD preferred\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$92,700.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
