Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary\nThe primary responsibility of the Sr CDR will be to assist the Supervisor and Manager in daily activities, such as, work area assignments, problem solving, training, and ensuring all receivers are following the correct policies and procedures when their performing their daily functions.\nMaintains accurate records of all materials and supplies in stock. \nPerforms inventory management tasks, tracking materials in stock and ensuring that they are stored properly.\nEnsures that materials meet the required quality standards, carrying out inspections and testing materials according to organizational policies and procedures.\nMaintains budget parameters by ensuring materials are procured at the best possible price to drive continuous organizational growth and financial stability.\nMonitors inventory levels to ensure that there are adequate quantities of essential items while avoiding overstocking or wastage.\nMaintains accurate documentation of all material-related transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accurate reporting.\nAdministers new employee training on the proper use of materials and equipment to ensure that all area members follow established policies and procedures.\nEnsures that all materials stored and handled within the facility comply with safety regulations and industry standards.\nResearches and identifies areas for improvement in the materials management process, and implements changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\nRequired Qualifications\nOne Year prior experience in purchasing/inventory control.\nOne year experience in a windows based environment.\nOne year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.\nOne year computer experience in a Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nExperience with Manufacturing Practices - Writing SOP’s and/or Work Instructions\nExperience in training others on policies and procedure.\nRegistered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by the state BOP\nPreferred Qualifications\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and problem solving ability.\nList physical requirements and percentage of each day that the requirement is utilized.\nOccasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma, GED or Work Equivalent \nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
