Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary\nA Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. Open availability is required for this role. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.\nEssential Functions:\nManagement Work effectively with store management and store crews Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews\nCustomer Service Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers maintain customer/patient confidentiality\nMerchandise/Presentation Price merchandise stock shelves Execute the displays, sign, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise reset departments following POGs\nRequired Qualifications\nDeductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills\nAdvanced communication skills and supervision skills\nAbility to work a flexible schedule with open availability, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience as a retail supervisor\nEducation\nHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n29Time Type\nPart timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$16.00 - $23.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
