Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary\nDesigns, develops, and implements AI solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of AI engineering projects.\nRequired Qualifications\n5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering and application development.\n2+ years of hands-on experience on LLMs & Generative AI (LLM) techniques.\nExpert proficiency in programming skills especially Python, Google Cloud platform and system architecture.\nExperience in leading engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDefine and implement AI safety frameworks\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.\nExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration.\nCross-functional collaboration\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,Analytics,Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
