Utilizing modern methodologies and open source tools, you will be empowered to push the boundaries of development as we seek to deliver applications that will directly and immediately impact the experience of our teams and our patients.\n Required Qualifications\nTechnical Design Experience\n6+ years of experience building large consumer-facing products using Ruby or Java/Kotlin.\nExperience working in a distributed, cloud-based environment either in Azure/AWS using Docker/Kubernetes.\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to enhance productivity and code quality.\nExperience with unit & integration testing.\nExperience in building cloud native scalable Microservices\nExperience working with MongoDb or PostgreSQL\nExperience working in an Agile/Devops environment\nUS work authorization\n Preferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with our tech stack: Ruby, GraphQL, AWS DevOps, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.\nExperience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and full-stack development patterns.\nStrong understanding of observability and using telemetry to inform decision making\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to change requirements.\nEducation\nBachelor degree in CS or relevant degree / work experience\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
