Signify Health is driving this industry transformation and solving some of the most challenging problems in healthcare - this is where you come in!\nAbout the Role\nAs a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll be a key member of a collaborative team responsible for design, delivery and operation of business-critical, distributed systems. We’re looking for technically strong, passionate people with an entrepreneurial spirit to build and sustain innovative solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\n7 years of software development experience.\nStrong foundation in software engineering: problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, concurrency.\nExperience as a polyglot software engineer. Experience with more than one of: C++, C#, Java, Golang, Javascript, Typescript, Python or similar.\nExperience using full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems.\nStrong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.\nStrong experience with distributed systems design, implementation and operation at scale.\nStrong experience with cloud vendors: Azure, AWS or GCP.\nClear and effective communication.\nAbility to travel quarterly or as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with asynchronous, event-based architectures.\n6+ months of experience using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.\nExperience with the following technologies: Kafka, REST APIs, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.\nExperience with an Application and Performance Monitoring platform. Ex: New Relic.\nExperience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with agile methodologies.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.\nPay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$106,605.00 - $284,280.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
