Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nPosition Summary\nThe Staff Software Development Engineer - Data Analytics designs, develops, and implements digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.\nJob Responsibilities\nLeverages expertise to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.\nContributes to solution design and architecture discussions, collaborating with architects and senior engineers.\nProvides input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations to ensure that the overall solution meets the desired objectives.\nParticipates in code reviews and ensures adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.\nCommunicates and coordinates with team members to ensure alignment, provide technical insights, and contribute to decision-making processes.\nContributes to the adoption of best practices, new technologies, and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and code quality.\nParticipates in knowledge sharing activities, such as code reviews, tech talks, and workshops, to foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.\nWorks with other developers and team members to implement complex features, enhance existing functionality, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.\nProvides guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them improve their technical skills and grow professionally.\n Required Qualifications\n7-10 years work experience\nAdept at problem solving and decision making skills\nAdept at collaboration and teamwork\nAdept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills\nAdept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills\nAdept at business intelligence\n Preferred Qualifications\nCertified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) preferred.\nAWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.\nPay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$106,605.00 - $213,210.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
