Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nHiring preference given to candidates available to work east coast hours.\nPosition Summary\nDiversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) is an Aetna organization comprised of 10 distinct specialty businesses with a wide range of product offerings for plan sponsors, spread across 6 teams: Third Party Administrator (TPA) Retail and Wholesale, Aetna International, Student Health, Federal Plans, Dental & Vision, and Supplemental Health. The objective of this role is to support the critical cross-business strategy and operations function within DCS, enable strong execution to meet business goals and financial targets, and foster a culture of growth and innovation.\nThis individual contributor role reports directly to the DCS Chief of Staff and partners closely with the DCS leadership team (AVP, VP, and SVP level stakeholders) to run the operating rhythm and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.\nEnable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process, which includes recurring deliverables, reporting cadences, and select ad hoc projects\n\nOwn cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as our cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a highly complex and matrixed environment\n\nCreate compelling content for internal forums (e.g., townhalls, virtual leadership conferences, senior executive leadership) and high-visibility external events (e.g., sales summits, broker engagement events)\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field, with healthcare insurance industry experience preferred\n\nStrong business acumen and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences\n\nResourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and strong accountability\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nHigh proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSuccessful track record of collaborating with stakeholders in cross-functional or matrixed organizational structures\n\nAI proficiency and hands-on experience using AI tools to supplement work capacity\n\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in a business field such as business administration, finance, economics, and/or marketing or equivalent work experience.\n\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
