In addition to the primary job function of picking, he/she may also be responsible, when assigned, to perform other aspects of the Full Case department such as consolidation or pallet sorting.\nColleagues are expected to keep work area neat and organized, adhere to all DC housekeeping practices (Clean as you go, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned by Dept. Supervisor, Lead or Shift Manager. Reassignment to other departments occurs as needed.\nStarting rate $19.00+ $0.75 Shift Differential\nOverview of Basic Job Functions\nPlace ordered Full Case product on the conveyor belt or pallet (Machine Pick) using supplied Full Case bar code labels, in an accurate and timely fashion.\nVerify all batch labels are applied and placed on cartons in the upright position to insure accurate overhead scanning.\nResponsible for accurate and timely placement of the “End of Wave Totes” onto the conveyor system.\nMaintain up to date and accurate Full Case sign off sheets and production reporting paperwork.\nDispose of cardboard, paper and plastic shrink wrap into garbage chute.\nPlace damaged full case and/or piece quantities (crushed, broken, soiled, leaking, cut) in designated areas for Inventory Control disposition.\nMust meet all Performance and Quality Standards as applicable to department.\nBasic Qualifications\nMust be currently meeting or exceeding in all performance areas (productivity, quality, attendance, safety, teamwork).\nMust be able to work overtime as required to ensure that all stores are serviced according to daily schedule.\nMust have been in current position for 6 months or longer\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nGood written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally.\nAbility to walk, stand, lift, carry, bend, reach, and stoop on a continuous basis.\nAbility to frequently and repetitively lift up to 80 pounds, occasionally to 100 pounds.\nAbility to work at and above ground level in multi-level modules.\nAbility to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.\nMust be certified or have ability to be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks.\nAble to work within a team and work independently with minimal supervision to complete assignments within established schedules and deadlines.\nPlease note: Colleagues bidding into this department will be expected to achieve and maintain a 100% performance at the end of 6 weeks\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$16.00 - $26.21This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
