Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.\nAs the Distribution Center Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-40 non-exempt employees in CVS Health’s state of the art distribution facility. This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising the daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center. Additionally, you will be responsible for order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping of store orders. You are also responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.\nSelected candidate will need to have flexibility of working hours, during initial training period. Once training is complete, this will be a 2nd shift role.\n***Core hours will be 3:00PM - 12:00AM with some flexibility with the start/end times as needed***\nPrimary Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:\nHiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires\nEnsuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to ensure successful completion of tasks\nMonitoring and adjusting resources to achieve the daily production and delivery goals\nBalancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion\nMonitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded\nConducting staff meetings and verifying that daily worksheets are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis\nProviding ongoing training and retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function\nUtilizing a variety of reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload and resolve problems that arise during the workday\nCommunicate effectively across all levels\nAnalyzing information effectively to make sound business decisions\nBuild high-performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleagues\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 3 of work experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment\nMinimum 2 years of experience as a leader in a distribution or manufacturing environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)\nExperience in Lean operations and production techniques\nEducation:\nHigh School diploma or GED is required\nAnticipated Weekly Hours\n40Time Type\nFull timePay Range\nThe typical pay range for this role is:\n$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
