These analysts play a pivotal role in delivering prompt, precise, and comprehensive responses to client queries, with the ultimate objective of efficiently resolving a substantial number of issues while ensuring that clients become enthusiastic advocates of Clearwater.\nResponsibilities:\nManage client inquiries & requests on various topics across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets. \nDeliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting. \nComplete operational tasks such as account set up, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation. \nCollaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as a Clearwater user. \nValidate investment data against available third-party market data sources and show proficiency in proprietary internal tools for reconciling investment transactions. \nEffectively navigates through knowledge base and documentation, using internal tools and resources to proactively solve client queries and problems. \nManage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics; organizing your day to prioritize high importance or critical work. \nTake on a variety of team and client related, long-term projects that may involve collaboration with other internal teams. \nDeal with some of the more complex client queries. \nAssist in training, developing, and coaching more junior staff members, and conduct oversight on their work. \nRequired Skills:\nStrong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts. \nFamiliarity with the core offering of Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and Performance reports. \nIntermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments; a basic knowledge of alternative security types preferred. \nPrior experience in finance and/or accounting. \nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. \nExcellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. \nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills. \nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills. \nExceptional problem-solving abilities. \nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Financial/Business-related field. \n2+ years of relevant experience. \nSalary Range\n$60,000.00 - $85,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
