Integrates feedback into future solutions by modifyingtrainings, creating actionable plans, and solutions to mitigate negative learning experiences.\n\nEmploys expertiseand understanding of two or more functional areas to passionately deliver employee experiences that change behaviorsand drive productivity.\n\nDesigns and implements readiness and reinforcement communications and manages implementation for created learning solutions (as required).\n\nSolicits clear direction, ongoing guidance, and feedback on assigned project work.
