This is a high-visibility position for someone who has spent their career recruiting within financial services or FinTech and knows how to run a search, manage a pipeline, and confidently guide senior stakeholders through a hiring process.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for Product and G&A roles, from intake through offer and close, across a range of levels including senior and executive-level hires.\nPartner directly with hiring managers, department heads, and executive leadership to define hiring strategy, calibrate on candidate profiles, and manage searches with a strong sense of urgency and quality.\nBuild and manage talent pipelines for product, GTM-adjacent functions (e.g., Revenue Operations, Strategy, Business Operations) as well as core G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, Compliance).\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders - confidently pushing back, managing expectations, and navigating competing priorities across the business.\nSource proactively using a mix of direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping specific to financial services and FinTech talent pools.\nManage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring a high-touch, professional process for candidates at every level, including senior and executive candidates.\nNegotiate offers and manage closing conversations for competitive, senior-level candidates.\nMaintain accurate pipeline data, reporting, and forecasting in Workday to support broader talent planning.\nContinuously refine and improve our recruiting process, tools, and candidate experience for Product and G&A hiring.\nWhat We're Looking For\n7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with the majority of that time spent recruiting within financial services and/or FinTech.\nDemonstrated experience recruiting for GTM and/or GTM-adjacent roles (e.g, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations) in addition to Product and G&A functions.\nA track record of operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and adapting recruiting strategy as business needs shift.\nStrong experience navigating and influencing senior-level stakeholders, including executives - comfortable being a strategic partner in the room, not just an order-taker.\nDeep familiarity with the financial services/FinTech talent landscape: where the talent lives, who the competitor companies are, and what it takes to win candidates in this space.\nExcellent judgment and consultative instincts, able to advise hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and market realities.\nStrong offer negotiation and closing skills, particularly for senior and hard-to-fill roles.\nExcellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent searches at varying levels of seniority.\nExperience with Workday is a plus.\nWhat This Role Is Not\nThis is not a technical recruiting role. Candidates should bring deep domain/functional recruiting expertise in Product and G&A - not a background in engineering or technical sourcing.\nContract Details\nInitial engagement: 5 months, full-time hours.\nStrong potential to convert to a permanent, full-time position based on performance, hiring needs, and mutual fit.\nContractor will be embedded with the TA team and treated as a core member of the org for the duration of the engagement.\nIn office 4 days a week ( WFH on Fridays)\nWhy Join Us\nThis is an opportunity to be a strategic partner to Product and G&A leadership at a company operating at the intersection of financial services and technology. DOE.\nSalary Range\n$102,000.00 - $144,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
