If you enjoy engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, are energized by working within a high performing team and find value in solving problems for others, you will thrive in this role.\nResponsibilities:\nPlan and oversees the fulfillment of accuratedaily/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting support and service for clients.\n\nManages Client Engagement Model & client health reporting.\n\nEnsures quality servicing and operational performance within the parameters of delivery standards (standardoperating procedures).\n\nEnsures client engagement from the daily user to the decision-maker level of the client.\n\nManages delivery metrics.\n\nProvidesguidance and mentorship to analysts.\n\nProvidingtraining to clients.\n\nCoordinates and is involved in resolution of daily client inquiries and projects.\n\nDevelop client relationships and expands network at those organizations, understanding client business and product needs.\n\nStrategic planning of service delivery to drive usage and proactive in service and support to reduce client downtime and support costs.\n\nCollaborate with sales and support groups to demonstratethe value of support offered to clients and identifybusiness opportunities for expanded support.\n\nMaintain knowledge of product enhancements and the changing investments accounting industry.\n\nHelps aggregate client feedback and providesguidance to improve operationally and expand the product offering.\n\nRequired Skills:\nWorking knowledge of financial servicesand investment accounting.\n\nWorking knowledge of structured products, derivatives, fixed-income securities, etc.preferred.\n\nSelf-starter proactively seeks out solutions and expertise.\n\nAble to execute in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.\n\nStrong computer skills, including proficiencyin Microsoft Office.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.\n\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.\n\nExceptional problem-solving abilities.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in accountingor similar field or relevant experience in Investment.
