As we deepen our footprint in one of Europe’s most sophisticated investment markets, we continue to build out a dedicated local team - and this role sits right at the heart of that expansion.\nWe've recently opened a brand-new office in Frankfurt's Opernturm, home to a brilliant and rapidly growing local team, a clear signal of our long-term commitment to the DACH market, where a growing number of organisations are choosing our cloud-native, front-to-back platform for investment management.\nThis is a rare opportunity to join Clearwater at an inflection point: you will lead some of our largest and most complex client implementations across the DACH region, while helping shape the standards and processes that support the wider Global Delivery team as it grows.\nJob Description:\nThe Global Delivery division is responsible for onboarding all new clients onto Clearwater's SaaS platform. As Senior Programme Manager, you will lead large, simultaneous client implementations with minimal oversight, consistently delivering on time and to a high standard, primarily working with Clearwater's clients across the DACH region.\nYou will define project scope, build detailed implementation plans spanning internal, client, and third-party resources, and drive projects through to successful, on-time completion. You will provide regular status updates through reports and meetings, lead high-level steering committee meetings, and act as a trusted client relationship manager.\nYou will also manage implementation budgets, look for opportunities to improve our service, and oversee the handover from Sales to Global Delivery before a project begins, and from Global Delivery to Client Services once implementation is complete.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and manage detailed project plans for your assigned portfolio\nManage and coordinate internal Clearwater, client, and third-party resources across project workstreams\nGenerate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with clients and the project team\nLead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management\nHandle project commercials, including revenue recognition forecasts and unbilled bookings\nManage and report on resource allocation for your assigned portfolio\nOwn project metrics such as utilisation, go-live adherence, and project billing\nAct as a trusted client relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries\nFacilitate a smooth transition to the steady-state servicing team\nOversee multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight\nRequirements:\nExperience as a Programme Manager leading large multi-million dollar implementations\nFinancial services experience (front-to-back office technology, fintech, investment accounting, client reporting, insurance, market data, etc.)\nProven experience implementing large-scale software solutions in the asset management and/or insurance space (multi-location settings a plus)\nProven track record of delivering whole projects for external clients\nAbility to identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements within project timelines, and for future projects\nExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, across internal and client-facing contexts\nStrong technical skills in project management tools such as JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, and Salesforce\nFamiliarity with SaaS platforms and fintech solutions is a plus\nFluency in German and English\nWillingness to travel to client
