Leads the transition from Sales team to Global Delivery team pre-project kick-off and from Global Delivery to Client Services upon implementation.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentifies and finalizes project/implementation scope.\n\nDevelops detailed implementation plans including internal, client and third-party resourcing.\n\nManages and coordinates with internal, client and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on time and with quality implementation per plan.\n\nGenerates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with client and project team.\n\nSchedules and leads steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.\n\nManage and report on budget for implementation.\n\nSeek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.\n\nServes as a trusted relationship manager responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries and a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team.\n\nBe the bridge between various business stakeholders including Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team.\n\nAbility to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.\n\nRequired Skills:\nExpert technical proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Monday.com, and Salesforce; ability to explore, trial, and recommend new tools and technologies as business needs arise.\n\nStrong background in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and FinTech.\n\nDemonstrated experience managing projects within a matrix reporting environment.\n\nSolid knowledge of investment accounting and reporting practices.\n\nProduct expertise in Private Investments, RNFs, LIHTC, and IRR calculations.\n\nIn-depth understanding of LP/GP relationships in private markets.\n\nFamiliarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery models.\n\nAdvanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.\n\nProven problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s and/or master's in finance or accounting.\n\nPMP/CPA/CFA is an added advantage.\n\n8+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.\n\nProven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.\n\nConsulting experience.\n\nSecurities or financial markets experience.\n\nSalary Range\n$100,000.00 - $140,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
