Reporting to the Head of Tax, this position will perform a wide variety of tax related duties to help support and execute on all direct and indirect taxes applicable to Clearwater.\nResponsibilities:\nFinancial Reporting\nLead the preparation and primary review of the global tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including SEC financial statement disclosures and SOX documentation.\nClearwater recently completed two major acquisitions and is operating in ≈15 countries.
