on industry knowledge, even as Clearwater-specific assumptions and functionality continue to develop.\n\nUnderstands and applies Clearwater's core value proposition (aggregate, reconcile, report) in a general context and is in the process of developingknowledge in at least one specific market/regulatory regime (e.g., IM, US insurance, Solvency II, Local GAAP, Canadian insurance).\n\nHandles financial accounting and Investment statements with confidence, utilizingdashboards, report manager, formulas, advanced grouping, and filtering.\n\nFamiliarizes themselves with Clearwater's core offering of Accounting, Compliance, Risk, and Performance reports and actively builds a repertoire of user stories, which serve as best practices.\n\nCommunicates and collaborates effectively with a global team to resolve problems and address client inquiries accurately and efficiently.\n\nShares knowledge bydesigning and implementing training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while also contributing to thought leadership and whitepapers.\n\nServes as a trusted client advocate and is on the path to becoming a confident client advisor as expertisedevelops.\n\nRequired skills:\nIntermediate Skills in Project management tools (Clarizen, Salesforce, JIRA), and Clearwater tools/skills associated with area of expertise (e.g., asset classes, accounting).\n\nIntermediate Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures.\n\nIntermediate knowledge Equities, Fixed Income, and structured products.\n\nProven history of proficient Excel use.\n\nDynamic problem-solving skills, and an innate sense of curiosity.\n\nSecurities or financial markets experience, especially involving derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income.\n\nIntermediate Experience with General Ledger systems (e.g., Workday, Peoplesoft) and period-end close processes.\n\nIntermediate Project management & Leadership skills.\n\nStrong computer skills, including proficiencyin Microsoft Office.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.\n\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.\n\nExceptional problem-solving abilities.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nCertified Bachelors/Masterscourse in Finance or Accounting or related field.\n\n6+years of relevant experience in a
