You'll play a critical role in ensuring materials flow efficiently from receiving through manufacturing.\nYou will be responsible for supporting day-to-day receiving operations, recording transactions in our ERP system, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting production by kitting materials for upcoming jobs.\nThe ideal candidate takes full ownership of inventory accuracy and ensures materials are properly picked, staged, and prepared for jobs scheduled on the production floor.\nThis role requires onsite presence during shipping/receiving hours at our El Segundo, CA HQ; hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization are critical to operational success.\nThis role is onsite in El Segundo, CA.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities, part numbers, and documentation against packing slips and purchase orders; identify and report any discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged materials to the Purchasing and Operations teams.\nAccurately process received materials in the inventory management system, including labeling, organizing, and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through effective warehouse organization, inventory control practices, and ongoing monitoring of material availability to support operational requirements.\n\nPerform cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate and reconcile discrepancies, ensure material traceability, and proactively communicate inventory shortages or concerns to the Purchasing team.\n\nReview work orders, production schedules, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to accurately pull, verify, and kit required materials and components for manufacturing jobs, ensuring complete and error-free production packages.\n\nDeliver production kits to manufacturing on schedule and manage material returns by reconciling excess components back into inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\n2+ years of experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support.\n\nExperience using inventory management or ERP systems.\n\nAbility to conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.\n\nBasic computer proficiency, including Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel\n\nStrong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.\n\nBonus Points\nForklift certification (or willingness to obtain)\n\nExperience in an electronics manufacturing or production environment\n\nExperience handling regulated or hazardous materials (DG)\n\nFamiliarity with FIFO, attrition, and kitting to Bills of Materials (BOMs)\n\nExperience with cycle counting and inventory audits\n\nExposure to supply chain or procurement workflows\nITAR Regulations\nTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
