This role oversees project design, work planning, resource management and allocation, issue and risk management, client satisfaction, and pipeline forecasting.\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000.\nThe actual salary offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.\nLocation: Syracuse, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Phoenix, AZ preferred. Remote opportunities may also be considered.\nWhat You’ll Do\nEnsure client satisfaction by providing answers to all billing related questions, making sure all technical projects are completed on time/budget, and scheduling technical resources for on-site support, projects, and other services as necessary.\nCoordinate with sales & product management to provide assistance with all service proposals.\nInterface with sales and customers on conference calls to promote CXtec and TERACAI service offerings. \nCreation of detailed project plans in conjunction with Systems Engineers and Third-Party Service Partners.\nConduct project meetings, schedule resources, monitor issues and risk, and ensure successful completion of projects.\nAssist with creation of cost estimates and financial reports for all projects.\nAssist Systems Engineers and third-party services partners with scope and proposal requests for sales opportunities.\nRegularly update project plans in PSA tools with project progress.\nMonitor ISO processes for continuous improvements \nEscalate problems as necessary to Management\nResponsible for coordination of all relevant functions of CXtec and TERACAI services to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled satisfactorily. \nManage external partner relationships and resources as needed \nCreate procedures and/or make suggestions to improve existing procedures that document best practices when responding to client billing issues, scheduling resources, and managing projects.\nAssume additional responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat you Bring\nBachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant experience.\nCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification with 2 years of demonstrated project management experience.\nPrevious experience managing IT projects preferred.\nAbility to work in a high pressure environment.\nAbility to conduct meetings and schedule resources.\nHigh level of initiative with strong focus on meeting deadlines.\nAbility to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office.\nWhat We Offer\nHealth insurance and prescription drug coverage\nDental and Vision insurance\nCompany-paid basic life and AD&D insurance and voluntary life options\nCompany paid short and long-term disability and buy-up options\nCritical illness, accident and hospital indemnity insurance\nFlexible spending accounts\nIdentity Theft & Fraud Protection\nLegal Insurance\nPet insurance\nTraditional and Roth 401(k) retirement plan with company match\nEmployee Assistance Program\nTuition reimbursement \nPaid vacation, sick/personal days and holidays\nFlexible work arrangements \nAll offers of employment are conditional upon the successful completion and passing of a background check and drug test.\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
