This position also offers an incentive program. The actual salary offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nIdentify and qualify leads by researching potential customers, confirming key decision-makers and making introductory calls.\nManage inbound leads, respond to inquiries and route high-priority prospects to the appropriate sales representatives.\nMaintain accurate customer data and sales activity records in the CRM system.\nKeep the sales team organized with timely updates on deal progress, follow-ups, and renewal opportunities.\nPrepare pricing quotes, proposals and contracts based on sales team needs.\nCollaborate with procurement, finance and operations teams to ensure documentation is accurate and timely.\nRespond to basic customer questions about CXtec’s IT asset lifecycle solutions, product availability and service offerings.\nSupport sales representatives with research on target accounts, industry trends and competitive insights.\nWhat we're looking for:\nAssociate degree.
