skills/expertise:\n10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5 years leading high-performing engineering teams. \nProven success delivering complex SaaS or cloud-native software products in Agile environments. \nStrong technical foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern software engineering practices, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to architecture, design, and technical decision-making.\nDemonstrated ability to lead engineers, influence technical direction, and partner effectively with globally distributed cross-functional stakeholders. \nExperience building engineering teams through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance development. \nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. \nExperience with real-time communications, networking, or WebRTC technologies is highly desirable. \nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical
