VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar certifications are highly desirable.\nExperience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors is highly desirable.\nDeep knowledge of virtualization technologies such as vSphere and vCenter, orchestration of virtual machine deployment and management.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes, and concepts of shared service meshes with services such as Keycloak, MinIO, and Vault.\nStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services.\nProven experience in building enterprise-grade products from concept to launch.\nDeep knowledge of virtualization technologies, including various infrastructure platforms.\nProficiency with agile tools like Jira and Confluence.\nExperience in development of products and/or management in a development environment. Build and implement product strategies aligned with OCO PMO’s vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize features for virtualization and containerization platforms.\nFacilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting. Good with documentation.\nHands-on personality, take ownership, actively engage with the team, constant engagement with key stakeholders. Understand team needs, get them what their needs are. Senior Product Managers guide and mentor less experienced product managers, collaborating to deliver products on time and within budget.
